Clinical Case
Fracture-dislocated plurifragmentary dislocation of the proximal III of the left humerus in 45-year-old man patient.
We see the comminution of the proximal III of the humerus in particular on the X-ray the medial dislocation of the head of the humerus, evident also on the CT images in the impossibility of reconstructing the elements of the trochite, despite the young age of the patient, the implantation of prosthetics is reversed.
