Clinical Case
Fracture III proximal left humerus in young subject.
The fracture is particularly complex: we see a dislocation of the trochite, an attitude of the head of the humerus in valgus and a reduction in the length of the humerus.
Open-cast reduction and synthesis is performed with plates and screws with angular stability. The clinical result is excellent.
