Clinical Case
Fracture-dislocated plurifragmentary dislocation of the proximal III of the left humerus in 45-year-old man patient. We see the comminution of the proximal III of the humerus especially on the X-ray the medial dislocation of the head of the humerus, evident also on the CT images in the impossibility to reconstruct the elements of the trochite, in spite of the young age of the patient it is proceeded to implantation of prosthetics inverse.
