Clinical Case
Plurifragmentary fracture of the proximal III right humerus with important involvement of the head of the humerus and of the trochite. In the operating field, a reverse prosthesis is opted for despite the patient’s young age to ensure a good articulation and the resumption of work as early as the third month.
