Clinical Case
Interesting case of bifocal fracture of left clavicle: in consideration of the age and the sporting activity practiced by the patient we have preferred to subject it to a surgical procedure of reduction and osteosynthesis to open-air with plate to angular stability. Normally, patients after the surgery wear a brace for 10 days, so the post-surgical immobility is extremely reduced, so as to avoid joint stiffness and muscular atrophy that can be caused by a long period of inactivity.
