Interesting case of right clavicle fracture: in these cases, we prefer a surgical approach (reduction and osteosynthesis with angular stability plate), especially if the subject is young and practices sports activity, because with a conservative treatment the clavicle tends to heal with shortening and often there may be consolidation defects.
